BFHD strives to provide support and health education to pregnant people in the community to improve birth outcomes.

The first step is taking care of mom's health before, during and after pregnancy.  

If you are pregnant for the first time and interested in support from a nurse, visit the Nurse-Family Partnership page. 

WIC (Women Infants and Children) can provide assistance to families with infants and children up to 5 years of age, as well as to women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or whose pregnancy ended fewer than 6 months ago. Visit the WIC page to see if you qualify for WIC benefits.
